Are Elizabeth Arden products tested on animals?
Elizabeth Arden does not conduct animal testing on our finished products or ingredients, nor do we ask others to test on our behalf, except where required by law.
How do I determine the right Ceramide Capsule for my skin type?
Our Advanced Ceramide Capsules are for general anti-aging, Retinol for smoothing wrinkles, Vitamin C for brightening, and Hyaluronic Acid for intense hydration.
What is the shelf life of your skincare products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 3 years when unopened. Once opened, please refer to the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are dermatologist-tested and formulated to be gentle. However, we recommend checking the specific ingredient list or performing a patch test.
Can I use multiple serums at the same time?
Yes, you can layer our capsules and serums. We recommend applying the thinnest consistency first or following our 'Prep, Treat, Repair' regimen.
How can I check the status of my order?
